MY STORY
I’m Carrie Lamb, an Indigenous talent advocate, leadership coach, and consultant dedicated to supporting individuals from senior to entry-level roles, including teams, through my coaching practice. My approach centers around holistic, Indigenous worldviews, helping people achieve mindset breakthroughs and greater clarity, especially within organizational environments.

With over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, including recent work in the healthcare sector, I became deeply curious about the dynamics of human interaction in the workplace, which led me to pursue coaching. In my journey, I realized there was a real need to create a space for individuals to explore themselves more deeply, especially after observing the impact of wellness imbalances during employee support initiatives.

My coaching style is rooted in my lived experiences as an Indigenous person, which shapes the way I guide individuals and teams toward self-discovery and empowerment. I’m also a volunteer Board member for the Vancouver Native Housing Society and contribute my time to various Indigenous organizations across British Columbia.
